Occupying the renovated lower floor of one of Midtown's more picturesque Victorian mansions, this little theater boasting 40 seats offers audiences an intimate theatrical experience. The front row of plush and roomy seats is but a foot or so removed from the action on stage. However, do expect to see some of the most cutting-edge, well-honed drama in the Sacramento area. Recent plays have included “Damien of Molokai,” and “Standing in the Shadows” which explores the rights of gay partners in straight society.
