The Massachusetts Museum of Contemporary Art is located in North Adams in Berkshire County. It plays host to a series of visual art and performing art shows throughout the year. Artists are allowed to prepare their works like sculptures, paintings and more in large sizes, as the museum is gigantic. For performing arts, there are good venues, such as the Hunter Center, with excellent technical facilities. In 2017, the Massachusetts MoCA unveiled its newly renovated expansion known as Building 6, which places the museum as one of the largest of its kind in the country.
