Thornbury & District Heritage Trust have been operating this museum since 1986. It has an collection of archives and artifacts that tell you all about the local area of Thornbury and the surrounding 14 parishes. Since there is a shortage of storage area only the artifacts and archives of the highest importance to Thornbury's history are stored and researchers on history use the data gathered from this museum for their researches.
