Victoria Parks situated on London Road, were formerly used as racecourse in the 1800's. The park is home to two war memorials one of which is a tribute to the First World War. The park has sporting faculties in the form of Pavilion, which has cricket and football fields, tennis and basketball courts besides others. There is also a safe that is located within the Pavilion. Younger children have a playing area to themselves that is safe and peaceful. There are facilities for public toilets and car parking as well.
