A museum dedicated to steel, the Henrichshütte Ironworks is where visitors can learn and get insightful knowledge about the alloy and its components. Located on Werksstrasse, this museum is set up at the site of an old steel plant in the area. Exhibits here display the process of steel-making, its history, uses and the development of the steel industry in the modern economy. Tours at the museum are available as well. You could top off your visit by dining at the very fancy Henrichs restaurant, located within the museum premises.
