Specialty burger restaurants are starting to gain momentum in Chicago, and DMK Burger Bar was one of the first trendsetters. Here you are served grass-fed beef and can also choose from lamb, turkey, veggie, or guacamole burgers. Their size is overwhelming; the price is not. The chefs will occasionally add a new burger to their repertoire and give away several for charity. The menu keeps growing and also includes house-made sodas, deep-fried dill pickles, sweet potato fries, and malted milkshakes.
