Built to the designs of Professor Max Littmann, a noted Munich-based architect, Kurtheater is a major cultural venue in Bad Kissingen. Situated on Von-der-Tann-Strasse, its construction dates back to the year 1905. Its walls are draped in shades of green and adorned with Art Nouveau creations. The ceiling is decorated with an intricate fresco which truly mesmerizes. This Baroque drama space plays host to a number of stage plays enacted by celebrated local as well as international artists and groups.
