From the back of the Malatesta Library, you can enter into the 15th-century Cloister of San Francesco. It's characterized by semicircular marble arches variously adorned with the heraldic symbols of Cesena's Lord. Within this ancient Franciscan monastery that houses the Historical Archives, the Library of Children and the Archaeological Museum, concerts and outdoor performances are held every summer.
