Considered to be the largest inclusive church of liberal Christianity in the world, the Cathedral of Hope predominantly caters to the LGBT Christians the city and its nearby areas. A part of the United Church of Christ, it is a radical place of worship in traditional North Texas. The Interfaith Peace Chapel in its complex by renowned architect, Philip Johnson, stands out with its fluid, sculptural architecture. It was also the last work of this famous architect. It offers comprehensive and perhaps controversial ideas of Christianity and homosexuality. Events and celebrations are a regular part of this interactive church's event schedule.
