With a history dating back to several centuries, the St Marys Old Church is estimated to have existed since 1086. The church was severely damaged during World War II, however, after restorations, the church is again used for services and ceremonies. This charming old church has a beautiful architecture and is renowned as the venue of Stoke Newington Early Music Festival.
