Danceworks

You can really participate in anything here, whether it be modern dance and yoga, or kick-boxing and martial arts. Check out the wide range of Latino dance classes, including salsa, flamenco, lambada and Capoeira. Most of the classes held in the ground-floor studio are drop-in and multi-level, so you don't need to worry about registering before hand. There are other studios on the upper levels as well, but they are mostly for private use. Upstairs, Natureworks will pamper both body and face with an extensive range of health and beauty treatments.
