Managed by the Wetzlar Cultural Association, Kulturzentrum Franzis is one of the main concert venues in Wetzlar. The regular line-up is mostly dominated by local bands, artists, and DJs; and the state-of-the-art acoustics, relaxed ambiance and well-kept performance space make it stand-out in Hesse. Apart from concerts, the venue also plays host to cultural events like poetry slams and theatrical plays, social gatherings, cabarets, and comedies.
