Skulpturenpark Waldfrieden is nestled in the heart of the town of Wuppertal. It is surrounded by a 14-hectare (34.59-acre) nature reserve and the majestic Villa Waldfrieden. The arresting sculptures in the park have been created by Tony Cragg, a noted English sculptor. The sculpture park also hosts several temporary exhibitions showcasing the works of contemporary artists from different regions of the world. Luise Kimme's Carribean Oak display was one of the prime attractions at the park. Human figurines remain the cynosure of her creations. Bruce Nauman, an accomplished American sculptor, has also exhibited his artworks at Skulpturenpark Waldfrieden.
