Sugarloaf is a ski resort located towards the west of Maine in the Carrabassett Valley. It is the biggest resort towards the eastern side of Mississippi and has a skiable area of 1,400 acres (570 hectares). This resort had almost every winter sport you can dream of. from skiing, tubing, snowshoeing, snowboarding, and nordic skiing. There is also slopeside lodging available. The resort is also open in summers and offers activities like mountain biking, golf and hiking.
