The lovely Botanical Garden lies in the city of Potsdam, Germany. This beautiful garden was established in 1950 is maintained by the University of Potsdam. Lying close to the Orangery Palace, this garden contains a vast variety of plants including species of the Brandenburg which is on a verge of extinction. It has ten greenhouses that contain a large variety of tropical and subtropical plants. Entry to this park is at a charge but the outdoor facilities are for free. Check website for timings.
