Irwin Community Center & Irwin Park

A generous donation by the Richard D. Irwing to the town of Homewood, the Irwin Community Center is fully equipped for pre-school classes for toddlers, several art rooms, a fully equipped kitchen to make sure you don't go hungry, and even a band shell which is located right outside the center in Irwin Park. The park itself is a lush green expanse of beautifully mowed grass where you can take a stroll or walk your dog. The center is often used to host events and concerts as well as concerts. You can also rent some space for a conference or meeting.
