Located in the heart of the city, the sprawling Wicker Memorial Park offers some of the best recreational facilities in the city. The beautifully landscaped park has a spacious play area for kids, with slides and other play equipment as well as a large splash pad to cool off in the summers. For the adults, there are bike and walking paths, with a bike rental facility available on site. Pet dogs can join in the fun at the Dog Run area, where they can run about and play to their heart's content. Besides this, the park also boasts of a challenging 18-hole golf course, with an on-site pro-shop.
