The municipality of Aarburg is located within the Zofigen district of the Aargau canton in Switzerland. This beautiful and modest town is located right on the southwest of Aargau and atop the Engnis Aare. Docked on the interjection of a route with heavy traffic, municipality is home to the Aarburg Fortress that is considered to be a designated site of Swiss heritage. Aarburg is also home to a beautiful river and a rock formation that is a prized tourist spot.
