Gas up your vehicle and get ready to put the pedal to the metal! This desert recreation area allows all types of off-highway-vehicles. Drivers may explore the dunes, hills and washes on 40,000 acres of land. Drivers may camp throughout the recreation area, but remember to bring your own water. No supplies are available at the recreation area, but Ocotillo Wells (a nearby town) does offer vehicle repair shops and fuel as well as groceries.
