Goold Park

Sprawled beside Morris High School is a splendid public park. The East Fork Nettle Creek runs through the heart of Goold Park, winding its way across the park's grassy open spaces and beneath the cool shade of its trees. The park is home to the Morris Public Pool. The spacious pool features a splash pad, water slides, two diving boards, lighting and plenty of space for those who might want to simply relax by the pool and work on their tan. Other recreational features include tennis courts and a playground for younger kids. Cultural festivals, fairs and markets are often hosted here. Bring along a group of friends for a game of frisbee at Goold Park, cool off with a dip in the pool, or settle down with a book under a tree. However you choose to spend your time here, you are sure to have a ball at this park.
