Tucked away at the back of the grand staircase, The Vail Bar is a 1920s inspired lounge with an impressive cocktail list, wine selection and rare editions. Enjoy their oyster happy hours at this convivial place. Oozing of refined elegance, The Dining Room is a splendid fine dining restaurant. Set in the main quarters of the Vail family, it features three refined dining rooms. Their four and six course Prix Fixe fare is pricey but is worth the delightful farm-to-table fine dining experience. The Oyster Bar is nestled in what was supposed to be an art gallery. Besides a wide array of raw bar, it also serves homemade charcuterie and tasty small plates. You can enjoy rare wines by the glass from their Enomatic wine machines.
