Fredericksburg's Rockbox Theater has served as a city landmark since the year 2007. Housed in a remodeled furniture storage room, it has played venue to some legendary acts by local as well as popular bands and solo musicians. The theater building beautifully retains some of the historical elements and yet features a lively setting for well-curated gigs and shows. Tribute bands, rock 'n' roll troupes and original ensembles entertain music lovers at the Rockbox. In the past, it has played venue to some acclaimed bands like High Valley, The Association (tribute band to the iconic Beatles) and The World Famous Platters.
