Sessions will be held in the blue water of the Gulf Stream off South Florida, or at a spring fed lake near Fort Lauderdale (weather permitting).

Instruction

Day 1- Confined water sessions, where we will cover safety skills & your role as a buddy, static apnea, dynamic apnea and how to make a proper water entry.

Day 2- Open water sessions 1 & 2 to practice free immersion (pull downs), constant weight, duck dives, proper buddy procedures and a rescue scenario at depth.

- mask & snorkel
- bi-fins
- weight belt & weights
- wetsuit/ exposure protection
