Widely known is in his home-country as lead vocalist of the garage punk band Asyl, Lescop is a singer/songwriter from France who creates a mix of alternative pop and post punk music. He joined Asyl as lead singer and lyricist in the mid-1990s and worked with the band until the end of the 2000s, when he began writing his own solo material. After adopting his chosen moniker and crafting a poppy blend of coldwave and new wave, Lescop released an eponymous EP in 2011 followed shortly by his self-titled debut solo album in 2012.
