Lakeview

Calling its music "hardcore pop," Lakeview is a four-piece from Northern Virginia that essentially blends screamo with poppy hooks and angsty lyrics, a style of music that first came to prominence in the early aughts. After playing in various other bands, the members were drawn together in 2009 with the hopes of forming a more serious group intent on spreading its music. Lakeview has since formed a devout group of fans, happy to start mosh pits at the all ages venues the band often plays at.
