Lavell Crawford

St. Louis-based comedian Lavell Crawford is probably best known for competing on Last Comic Standing and taking the second place title, as well as for his various appearances on Comedy Central programs. Batting weight issues his entire life, Lavell eventually decided to embrace them rather than battle them, and his comedy routines thus focus almost entirely on this topic. While poking fun of his own weight might seem like it would get old after a while, this style of comedy seems to go over well with most audiences.
