San Diego five-piece Dynamite Walls formed in 2005 and has since attempted to forge a characteristic sound, centered around likable guitar riffs that shift the music from jangly indie rock to a style that borders on tamed pop punk. With each band member willingly offering up his musical influences to the band, Dynamite Walls draws on the style of Coldplay, INXS and the Black Keys, amongst others, making for a truly diverse sound. After releasing a steady stream of new material, the band signed to Universal Republic in 2009 and continues to tour frequently.
