For a few years following the formation of the New York-based indie pop band Baskervilles, the band played a steady amount of shows the its East Village in its hometown. While the group wasn't really receiving a lofty amount of success during the time the band played these shows from 1997 to 2002, the members of Baskervilles were stoking the fires of the band's collective synergy. The years spent playing these shows did wonders for the instrumentalists ability to read one another and detect unplanned rises in falls in various songs. The group released it's debut LP in 2004 and since then Baskervilles has received a good level of laudation for its live shows that capitalize off the members ability to turn its songs into anamorphic pieces of sonic construction.
