Cap Pas Cap

Cap Pas Cap is an Irish indie rock outfit that creates darkly-laced pop via live and electronic instrumentation. The three-piece is based out of Dublin, where its second album, Haunted Light, received strong reviews and helped draw some more widespread attention to the group's blend of danceable rhythms, krautrock drones and angular, post-punk guitar work. Cap Pas Cap's 2006 debut LP yielded the song "We Are Men," which became an underground hit in indie rock circles around Ireland. The song's hard-edged funk bass and tight, disco beat-driven dance punk earned the band early comparisons to popular groups such as !!! and The Rapture.
