The Belfast Giants is a professional ice hockey team based in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Founded in 2000, the Giants play home matches at the SSE Arena Belfast. The Giants made its first playoff championships in 2003 and subsiquently in 2010. Its team colors are red, white and teal, and its motto is "In the land of the Giants, everyone is equal."
