Beppe Grillo is an Italian stand-up comedian, actor and political activist. Beginning his career in the 1970s, Grillo would go on to define himself with a socially engaged style that blends humor with biting social criticism. Though he has since started to focus on political activism, Grillo still tours and characteristically performs his cultural takedowns to enravished crowds.
