As Hell Retreats was an American Christian metal band hailing from Hendersonville, Tennessee. Formed in 2005, the band consisted of lead vocalist Jackson Greene, lead guitarists Clint Clayton, Blake Hardman, and Tyler Riley, bass guitarists Nate Landreth, Seth Steele, and Taylor Jones, and drummer Trent Davenport. They independently released two extended plays, "Demo" in 2007 and "Acknowledgement" in 2008. Their first studio album, "Revival," was released by Strike First Records in 2010, followed by their second studio album, "Volition," released by Ain't No Grave Records in 2011. Unfortunately, the band disbanded in 2012 after the release of "Volition." Throughout their career, As Hell Retreats left their mark on the Christian metal scene with their intense and passionate music.
