The Fort Myers Mighty Mussels is a Class A Advanced Minor League Baseball with a strong legacy of victories and incredible performances. It plays at the CenturyLink Sports Complex located within the Hammond Stadium. It is affiliated with the MLB team, Minnesota Twins and plays in the South Division of Florida State League. Mighty Mussels is one of the earliest teams in the FSL. Founded in 1926, the team was known as Fort Myers Palms and it played at the Terry Park Ballfield. Miami Hustlers, Miami Miracle, Fort Myers Miracle, are some of the names this team has donned throughout its illustrious career. When it comes to their titles, the list is even longer. It has won seven League titles, four Division titles and nine First and Second half tiles. The team’s roster has seen outstanding players like Joe Mauer, Kyle Lohse, José Berríos and Danny Valencia.
