Goldie Hawn is an American actor who rose to fame in the 1960s. A native of Washinton, D.C., she began to train in ballet and tap dance at the age of three. During the 1960s she moved to California to work as a dancer and soon got the opportunity to work in sitcoms. She earned international recognition with her work in the comedy show Rowan & Martin's Laugh-In, which opened many doors for her.
