Jonny Corndawg

Jonny Corndawg is a country singer who dropped out of high school in 2001 and has been touring ever since. Born in Montana and raised in rural Virginia, he has played shows in Canada, Australia, Argentina, India, eleven European countries and all 50 US states. Corndawg describes his brand of alternative country music as reminiscent of 1970s country as opposed to what is found on Country Music Television. He released his debut album, I'm Not Ready to be a Daddy, in 2007 before touring and teaming up with Deer Tick for a split 7-inch titled Water Friend For, released in 2010. Corndawg's sophomore effort, Down on the Bikini Line, was released in 2011.
