Scott Kelly is an Oakland, California-based musician who might best be known as one of the three founding members of the experimental metal band Neurosis. Launching his solo career in 2001 with his debut album, Spirit Bound Flesh, Kelly's own material focuses more on sludge and doom metal tendencies as opposed to his more hardlined punk-centric work with Neurosis.
