The Winnipeg Goldeneyes is a Canadian baseball team that competes in the independent American Association of Independent Professional Baseball league. Formed in 1994, the team hosts in home games at Shaw Park in Winnipeg, Manitoba. The Golden Eyes won its first American Association championship in 2012 after swiftly defeating the Wichita Wingnuts.
