Aladdin

This classic fairytale from the Arabian Nights has been retold and adapted into numerous different formats over the centuries since it was written. Based on the Disney film of the same name, Aladdin was adapted into a musical theater production that revived the legend for a new generation. Aided by a genie and a magic carpet, a young but clever peasant named Aladdin embarks on the extraordinary quest to earn the love of a beautiful princess. Though he finds his way into the princess's heart, his true identity is exposed by a wicked sorcerer vying for the princess's hand and the power that comes with it. With the same classic songs from the film, Aladdin is a family-friendly, energetic and compelling take on the age-old tale.
