Yamato - The Drummers of Japan

Yamato is a Japanese percussion ensemble that utilizes some of the most beloved musical instruments in Japanese culture, Taiko drums. Featuring 16 of the country's premiere drummers, Yamato - Drummers of Japan was founded in 1993 in the Nara Prefecture, and the group has since been spending up to 10 months a year on the road, spreading its original compositions and theatrical high-energy performances to audiences around the world.
