Faces

Faces emerged as an iconic English rock band in 1969, evolving from the remnants of Small Faces after Steve Marriott departed to pursue Humble Pie. The transition saw Ian McLagan (keyboards), Ronnie Lane (electric bass, vocals), and Kenney Jones (drums and percussion) join forces with Ronnie Wood (guitar) and Rod Stewart (vocals) from the Jeff Beck Group. This rebirth under the name Faces blended their distinct talents into a unique sound, marking a new chapter in rock history with their charismatic performances and memorable music, setting the stage for their indelible mark on the genre.
