T. Nile

T. Nile is the stage name for Tamara Nile, an alternative folk-pop singer/songwriter from Vancouver who is becoming more and more known for her highly melodic sense of musicianship and onstage charisma. Hailing from a small cabin on the Galiano Islands in British Colombia, T. Nile has a special affinity for nature and the peace that only comes with being comfortable with solitude. However, having spent much of her life in bustling Vancouver, T. Nile has not shunned the musical proclivities of city dwellers, and has absorbed these urban sounds into her own distinct brand of folk music that has made her one of the highlights on the city's bustling independent music scene.
