Country music outfit The Farm is made up of three musicians who came together after recognizing their complimentary styles during a group songwriting session. The band was signed to All In Records in 2011 and released its self-titled debut album in 2012. The lead single on The Farm, titled "Home Sweet Home," peaked at number 22 on the US Country Music Charts.
