Woman

Woman is a rock and roll band that's powered by the raw stylings Australian artist Kristian Brenchley and Mexico City native Brett W. Schultz, who share duties on lead guitar and vocals. Complete with a brutal rhythm section, the band blends the grime of its hometown of New York City and an adept blues sensibility into a solid foundation of guitar rock. The resulting sound lives somewhere between the raucous worlds of punk rock, garage rock and experimental gothic music. Woman released its self-titled debut album in 2009, and has since earned a dedicated cult following with its manic live shows.
