Percy Robert Miller, known professionally as Master P, is an American rapper, actor and entrepreneur. The New Orleans-native rose to fame in the mid-1990s as part of the successful hip hop group TRU. This rise to fame was furthered by the success of his solo album Ice Cream Man and platinum single "Make 'Em Say Uhh!." Over the course of his career, Master P has won a number of accolades such as 'Favorite Rap/Hip-Hop Artist' at the American Music Awards. He was named among the most influential rappers of all time by the American channel BET and inducted into the Louisiana Music Hall of Fame in 2013. His most popular tracks include "Burbons and Lacs," "Lay Low," "Mr. Ice Cream Man" and "How Ya Do Dat."
