Speedy Ortiz

Speedy Ortiz is a noise rock band from Northampton, MA that started out as the bedroom project of singer/songwriter Sadie Dupuis. After evolving into a four-piece outfit with the addition of guitarist Matt Robidoux, bassist Darl Ferm and drummer Mike Falcone, the band released its debut record, the Sports EP, in 2012 and quickly stood out in Boston's burgeoning DIY music scene with its fusion of indie, alternative and post punk sounds. Speedy Ortiz signed with Carpark Records and released its debut full-length album Major Arcana, in 2013.
