The Musical Box

The Musical Box is a Genesis tribute band that was formed in Montreal in 1993. Directly recreating era's of Genesis performances, The Musical Box has dedicated itself to playing concerts the exact same way Genesis once did--down to the same costumes, visual effects and stage banter. The group primarily performs sets from Genesis's early Peter Gabriel-fronted days, including Foxtrot, Selling England By the Pound and A Lamb Lies Down on Broadway epochs. However, it has also played shows centered around A Trick of the Tale, an album released after Phil Collins stepped from behind the drum kit to man vocal duties with Genesis.
