The Red Deer Rebels is a professional ice hockey team that competes in the Central Division, Eastern Conference of the Western Hockey League. Founded in 1992 and based in Red Deer, Alberta, the Rebels play their home games at the ENMAX Centrium. The team distinguished itself considerably in 2001, when it took home the WHL Championship.
