Mahoning Valley Scrappers is an MiLB Short-Season A affiliate of Cleveland Indians. Founded n 1999 the team competes in the Pinckney Division of the New York–Penn League. Representing the city of Niles, Ohio, the team plays its home games at the Mahoning Valley. Boasting a fairly illustrious history Mahoning Valley Scrappers won its first Division title in its debut season and since then has gone on to add five more to its tally.
