Based on the classic 1869 novel by Louisa May Alcott, Little Women - The Musical is a theatrical production with music by Jason Howland, lyrics by Mindi Dickstein and book by Allan Knee. The story of the musical is set during the Civil War and surrounds around the four March sisters Meg, Jo, Beth and Amy. Jo is an aspiring writer who is trying to get her work published with the help of Professor Bhaer and continues to write a story about herself and her sisters and their adventures while growing up during the War.
