Australian DJ and producer Beni rose to international club fame as one half of Riot in Belgium. Since 2008, however, he has focused on his solo work and created highly danceable house beats tinged with disco and funk. After signing to Australian record label Modular, the Sydney-based producer began collaborating with Sam Sparro, Hercules and Love Affair front woman Nomi and a few other prominent artists to complete his debut full-length, which came out in 2010. Remixes of his album's singles by multiple respected DJs, including Etienne de Crécy and In Flagranti, have only added to his growing fame.
